today went out with my secondary sch classmates for dinner and also went shopping... bought The Body SHop shower gel for $14.90 but it is for 2 bottle the usual price for 1 bottle is $12.90.. then at the same time also renew my body shop card. anyway xiu ling one of my friend wanted to make something for her classmate who is gg overseas for attachment for like 5 weeks.. but she have no idea of wat to do, so me and meow theng helped her decide and so went to get the materials we needwe decided to walk around in daiso then saw this test tube hence, we bought the test tube and some hair gel, alphabetical macaroni, glow in the dark stars, a box and some coloured paper to fold paper crane. after getting all the material we needed for the gift we went for dinner where we sat down to chat then headed to my place to start doing the gift..(which is making the person name with macaroni then put inside the test tube with gel)Steps to doing ur own DIY gift:1st: get all the materials i mentioned above2nd: pick out the alphabets u need then if u have time colour the alphabet with coloured marker or paint and wait for it to dry3rd: squeeze some gel into the test tube 4th: insert 1 star into the tube and use a satay stick to adjust the place where u want the star to be then add some more gel5th: insert all the alphabet u need for the persons name then same use the satay stick to adjust (at the same time add some more gel after every 1 alphabe or star u insert)6th: insert other things like star to decorate or other things u want to put e.g. glitter7th: once the name and decoration is done, u can use a stopper to close the test tube and that's all but in this case there is a stand and we forgotten to get the stopper so we used a piece of round paper and then insert into the stand to prevent the gel from coming out this can be a very good and nice display item or a gift for a friend..haha
