Hmmmmmm.......Why must there be conflicts within a group of ppl who have the same interests? ALREADY it is very hard to find people with the same interest as you nowadays and yet, ppl are still having conflicts within them.. I know it is Impossible to NOT have cliques within a big group of ppl. B'cos all of us definitely have certain ppl we prefer to hang out with and some who we dun really like or should say it's because there is a difference in our views OR simply a clash in character... Which i think that's what's happening within my own group of friends!All our problems MAY OR MAY NOT have started with that thread on Facebook. BUT I FEEL EVERYTHING STARTED WHEN SOME OF US BECAME TOO COMPETITIVE ABOUT THE UPCOMING COMPETITION ORGANISED BY NUS....No one is to be blamed for this...So whoever feels that they are the cause should stop THINKING that way....(u know who I'm referring to if u r reading..LOL) B'cos it's human nature to be competitive, and to be frank, WHO IN THE WORLD LIKES TO LOSE???? EVERYONE WANTS TO WIN WAT! EVEN ME!! But sometimes we have reflect why things are turning out this way.. And is there a solution to this problem?? B'cos i can see that a few of the members in Kingdom is actually drifting away already.I seriously feels that if we dun do anything about the problem now, after the competition there will definitely be a split in our group. That's my greatest fear!! I dun want things to turn out like that b'cos i know all of us care for each other and all we wanted is to play Volleyball together happily! But now, it's becoming like we go out just to train and be happy. However, whenever there is a training, there is bound to have some unhappiness. Which i feel this is making all of us feel rather lethargic to even attend for any of our training b'cos everyone is avoiding, we dun wan to see the same things happening over and over again.. And the more we avoid the worse things will happen! Therefore, we should have a talking out session when all of us are present. And as a team i know u ppl feel the same way as i do, so please voice out whatever unhappiness or what u think is the problem we have within the team. Then all of us can think of a solution, which is better then to let the matter rest and seeing freinds of the same interest drift further and further away from us.... SO PPL LET'S TAKE WHATEVER COMMENTS TOWARDS OURSELVES OPENLY AND NOT IN OUR HEARTS!!!
